God’s Faithfulness in Uncertain Times

 

Uncertainty is Nothing New

¹⁷ When evening came, Jesus arrived with the Twelve. ¹⁸ While they were reclining at the table eating, he said, “Truly I tell you, one of you will betray me—one who is eating with me.” ¹⁹ They were saddened, and one by one they said to him, “Surely you don’t mean me?” Mark 14:17-19

God’s Faithfulness is Not Based On Circumstances

¹⁷ Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, …. ¹⁸ yet I will rejoice in the Lord, Habakkuk 3:17-18

God’s Faithfulness Gives Strength in Weakness

¹⁹ The Sovereign Lord is my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer, he enables me to tread on the heights.

God’s Faithfulness Renews Us Daily

²¹ Yet this I call to mind and therefore I have hope: ²² Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. ²³ They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. Lamentations 3:21-23
