Week 1: Soul at the Park – Rest, Reflection, and Renewal

Overview

As we journey through the “Summer Soul Care” series, this devotional journal is a wonderful opportunity for us to reflect together on the ways God invites us to nurture and renew our souls in Him.

Each week includes daily Scripture readings, a short reflection, a prayer prompt, and a family activity.

Week 1: Soul at the Park – Rest, Reflection, and Renewal

  • Wednesday: Matthew 11:28–30

Reflection Questions

  • Where do I need soul-level rest?
  • What does true rest look like for my family?
