The Joy of Easter Celebrations

There was a cool breeze, the sun was shining and a celebration feeling filled the air at Celebration Beach Church’s Easter Service. Some dressed in their Easter finest, while others came in shorts and flipflops.

Lively music filled the air and special music was provided by The Violinist Pedro Alfonso, Multi-Grammy award winning performer, and featured special guest saxophonist Eirinn Abu, a pop artist from Venice.

A dedication took place for baby Brea Gwen Rodriguez. Her parents are Diego and Katelyn Rodriguez. Also on stage for the dedication were Connor – Brother to Brea, and Skylar Rosas – Godmother. Grandfather Fabrizio Rosa was unable to attend.

There were plenty of smiles and laughter as pastor Gene Scott gave his sermon on Hope for the final in the “Bubble Up” series. His points were based on the scripture from Matthew.

“The angel said to the women, ‘do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; He is risen, just as He said.” Matthew 28:5-6
